Check IDs to ensure patrons meet the legal drinking age, control access to the bar, and prevent unauthorized entry. 

Enforce bar rules and regulations, including those related to alcohol consumption, behavior, and security protocols. 

De-escalate potentially volatile situations with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy, and intervene when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone. 

Provide excellent customer service to patrons and staff, addressing concerns and questions in a courteous and professional manner. 

Document incidents and observations in a timely and accurate manner, and provide reports to management as needed. 

Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and effectively, taking appropriate actions to ensure the safety of patrons and staff. 

Ensure the bar premises are free from hazards and maintain a clean and orderly environment. 

Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
